New Patient Consultation
Meet and greet, complete the intake form together, and address any questions. An iridology exam is conducted, this is where the fibers in the iris are analyzed. Photos of the face, tongue, hands and feet are taken. If the patient chooses to move forward, Valerie will provide the first steps of the healing journey.

Follow Up Appointment
Valerie and the patient will discuss progress made with the care plan. Concerns and questions are encouraged! Modifications can be implemented to best suit the patient's needs, if appropriate.

Pediatric Appointment
New Patient Appointment is required. All follow up appointments are $50 per visit, per child. Valerie and the patient, along with the parent/guardian, will discuss progress made with the care plan. Concerns and questions are encouraged! Modifications can be implemented to best suit the patient's needs, if appropriate. Vaccinations are not required and will not be recommended.

Mommy and Me Appointment
Mom's health directly affects baby's health, we must care for both individuals. This appointment will include:
• Complete Mom's and Baby's health assessment
• Iridology (Looking at the iris of the eye to help triangulate the body's needs)
• Nutrition / Food
• Mental / Emotional
• Physical health assessment
• Breastfeeding / Bottle Feeding FAQs and discussion
• Potential health hazards for mom and baby / Lowering risk of SIDS
• Sleep for mom and baby
• Self care for mom
• Baby bonding (baby massage guide, reflexology guide)

• Discussing intercourse after giving birth
• Vaccines - Ingredients and other details every parent should know

Reflexology Session
With over 7,200 nerve endings on the bottom of each foot, reflexology is incredibly beneficial for maintaining overall health! These nerves are connected to various organs throughout the body.
Palpating corresponding areas on the feet, send signals to promote healing and detoxification.
Adult pricing: One hour for 13 years and older is $70.
Pediatric pricing: 30 minutes for 12 years and younger is $30. The parent/guardian will be encouraged to learn the simple reflexology techniques so they can continue care at home. The goal is to empower and equip parents with knowledge.
